The inverter does not detect the solar panels.

If the IMEON inverter no longer detects solar panels, ask your installer to check the following:

  • Is the DC PV breaker properly closed (also check the PV breaker build-in the IMEON in the case of an IMEON 9.12)?
  • Open the DC PV breaker and measure the voltage between the (+) and the (-) terminals of the photovoltaic array. The measured voltage must be within the range of the IMEON inverter’s MPPT input (see IMEON technical documentation). If this is not the case, ask your installer to rewire the installation (or change the number of solar panels if necessary).
  • Measure the current generated by the photovoltaic array. The measured current must be within the range of the IMEON inverter’s MPPT input (see IMEON technical documentation). If this is not the case, ask your installer to rewire the installation (or change the number of solar panels if necessary).

If after all the checks the problem persists, ask your installer to contact IMEON ENERGY technical support.
