With the growing success of Imeon Energy in South Africa and Asia/Pacific region, the company accelerates its global process of proximity strategy by opening 2 new local “Service Center”
The growing succes of Imeon Energy’s hybrid inverters, combined with an ever increasing network of resellers across continents, has led the company to implement a strategy of proximity with its customers by opening local Service Centers to offer them the best service.
After the French Center, covering Europe, it’s in South Africa, Port Elizabeth, where Imeon Energy opens this month a new Service Center.
Indeed, IMEON’s inverters rapidly took position in this country and neighboring countries (Zimbabwe, Mozambic, Namimia…) as the indispensable element for all solar PV installations.
IMEON inverters are a concentrate of technology and innovation that perfectly meet the requirements of this growing market. The IMEON solutions enable the simultaneous use of several energy sources (photovoltaic / batteries / grid) to mitigate intermittency and fluctuation energy, ensuring a constant supply of power to equipped sites and especially to secure certain devices when failures comes from the public network.
Pursuing its strategy, this local presence in South Africa will be followed in the first half of 2017 by the opening of a new center in Asia / Pacific to stand closer, once again, to the growing markets of this area such as Australia, Malaysia or Thailand.
« Our aim is to always offer the best service to our customers. The opening of this Service Center in Port Elizabeth is the answer to this need and is also an important step for us. Proximity is the key to our success in this territory and this Service Center is the demonstration of our will. Our local implementation plan will be very soon amplified on the APAC area, giving the proof that the company sets up seriously and sustainably to support its growth in an expanding market » says Christophe Goasguen, CEO of Imeon Energy.
